If you’re a party planner at heart but you need someone to help on the day of, we can be there. If you don’t know where to start, we can plan it all for you. Here are some options to give you an idea of what we can do for you. All services are customizable as no two couples are alike!
Hourly Consultation $75/hr
Have some ideas but just don’t know where to start? We can offer you hourly consultations to walk you through what you have and give you some ideas where you need them.

- Assisting with invitations, programs, favors

Day Of Coordination
$2,400
- Includes staff needed to coordinate, set up, and clean up venue
- Unlimited email and telephone coordination for event
- Attend/coordinate rehearsal
- Ensure ceremony items are collected and set up for wedding
- Provide personalized timeline of events for wedding party and vendors
- Make final contact with vendors to confirm orders and arrival time for event
- Meet and greet vendors on site and answer all inquiries as well as serve as primary POC for the day
- Set up ceremony location to the happy couple’s specifications
- Special care for wedding party during preparations
- Time management for event-we’ll start on time and make sure we stay on time
- Collect and transport ceremony items to reception, if needed
- Ensure reception décor is exactly how the happy couple requests
- Coordinate special activities at reception (e.g. bridal party entrance, bouquet toss)
- Bride and Groom essentials available in a “Go Bag” that includes all you need in case you need a safety pin, a sewing kit, etc)
