Day-Of Coordination

$2,500

Perfect for the couple who has planned it all and simply wants to hand over the reins when it matters most. We’ll take care of the details so you can focus on making memories.

Package Includes:

  • Staff needed to facilitate the event timeline (150 guests or less)

  • Unlimited email coordination leading up to the event

  • Final details meeting prior to the big day

  • Access to our online planning portal with helpful resources

  • Attendance at the rehearsal

  • Personalized event timeline for vendors and wedding party

  • Final vendor confirmations and communication

  • On-site vendor management and main point of contact

  • Special care for the wedding party during preparations

  • Coordination of special moments through cake cutting (e.g. first looks, ceremony, entrances)

  • Access to sustainable décor options — recycled, biodegradable, and reusable accents (centerpieces, table numbers, signage)

  • Wedding day emergency kit for those “just in case” moments

Month-Of Coordination

$3,500

Ideal for couples who have started planning but want a partner to bring the details together seamlessly.

Includes everything in the Day-of Coordination package, plus:

  • Unlimited email and phone communication throughout planning

  • Three logistics meetings to review progress and fine-tune details

  • Attendance at your final venue walk-through

  • Custom vendor referrals based on your budget and style

  • Additional planning guidance to ensure all moving parts come together perfectly

  • Event Set-Up Only – $600
    Our team will bring your vision to life by styling and setting up all décor, signage, and rentals.

  • Event Clean-Up Only – $600
    We’ll handle teardown, packing décor, and ensuring the items are safely returned to the couple.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – $350
    Ensure your pre-wedding event runs just as smoothly as the big day.

  • Additional Assistant Staff – $250 per team member
    Recommended for larger weddings (150+ guests) or multi-location events.
