Hourly Consultation $75/hr

Have some ideas but just don’t know where to start? We can offer you hourly consultations to walk you through what you have and give you some ideas where you need them.

• Researching ceremony/reception locations
• Assisting with invitations, programs, favors

Day Of Coordination

$2,500

• Includes staff needed to coordinate, set up, and clean up venue
• Unlimited email coordination for event
• Final details meeting prior to event
• Access to online planning portal with resources
• Sustainable Decor Options: We offer a range of eco-friendly decor options, including recycled materials, biodegradable items, and reusable accents
• Attend rehearsal
• Provide personalized timeline of events for wedding party and vendors
• Make final contact with vendors to confirm orders and arrival time for event
• Meet and greet vendors on site and answer all inquiries as well as serve as primary POC for the day
• Special care for wedding party during preparations
• Ensure décor is exactly how the happy couple requests
• Coordinate special activities at reception (e.g. bridal party entrance, bouquet toss)
• Wedding day emergency kit that includes all you need in case you need a safety pin, a sewing kit, etc

Partial Planning

$3,500

• Unlimited email and telephone coordination for event
• Attend final walk through at venue
• 3 logistics meetings to ensure seamless execution of event
• Custom vendor referrals
• Includes staff needed to coordinate, set up, and clean up venue
